Mixed feeding:
When feeding with Wellness wet food, reduce the amount of dry food by about 1/8 cup per 2 tablespoons of wet food.
Pregnant or breastfeeding female dogs:
Since DHA is transferred to mother’s milk for supply to puppies, we recommend feeding this formula during pregnancy and lactation. During pregnancy, food intake can increase by up to 50% depending on body weight, up to 12 months. Nursing female dogs can eat freely.
