All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Please provide a copy of the receipt; the product must be unopened and unused, in all original packaging, and in good resaleable condition. All related gifts must be returned together with the return items.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for accessory houses, accessory shirts, cosmetic climbing frames, furniture, bed beds/mattresses, accessory bags or cages, etc. Our company does not accept returns based on personal or pet preferences, taste, or other reasons.
If returned, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
In case of any dispute, BC Pets reserves the final decision.
Refunds and processing times
We will refund within 7 working days after confirming receipt of the return, or you may exchange the amount of the returned item for an item of equal value.
