Eye Envy® Tear Stain Remover (for Cats) is an effective and safe pet grooming and cleaning product. It contains no bleach, peroxide, steroids or other harmful substances, and regular use can prevent discolouration of cats’ and dogs’ fur, working very well to remove tear stains from the fur around the eyes.

• Cleans the affected area and uses a natural antibacterial agent to fight bacteria
• Contains only natural ingredients, including colloidal silver

  * Tylosin is a macrolide antibiotic, commonly used as an antibacterial agent in veterinary medicine. It has broad-spectrum bacteriostatic activity against most Gram-positive bacteria and some Gram-negative bacteria; tylosin is also used to treat colitis or to promote growth in food-producing animals.

Excessive tearing can be caused by many factors, including food quality, mineral content in water, allergies, illness, blocked tear ducts, teething/tooth replacement and even flea problems.

Main ingredients:
Boron crystals: a natural cleanser and antibacterial agent, used in mature eyewashes to help relieve irritation and discomfort
Witch hazel: its astringent properties are ideal for killing bacteria and drying the area affected by tear stains
Colloidal silver: a natural antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory that mimics the properties of antibiotics. This helps control and stop the growth of bacteria that cause tear stains

How to use Eye Envy® Tear Stain Remover Solution:
Soak an applicator pad with Eye Envy® cat tear stain remover (you can use a human make-up remover pad; do not over-soak it so that it drips), then gently clean around each eye, flipping the pad when switching from one eye to the other. If the product gets into the eye, don’t worry — the product is completely safe for pets. However, we do not recommend dripping the product directly into the cat’s eye.

Then use Eye Envy® Tear Stain Powder until the area is dry.

Repeat daily until the stains disappear — usually 7 days. Once the problem is resolved, clean once a week to prevent tear stains from recurring.
