This grain-free dog food uses fresh Scottish salmon as its main ingredient, with the addition of protein-rich herring, trout and white fish. Carefully selected vegetables and botanical ingredients are thoughtfully blended to recreate a dog’s ancestral diet.

  • Deboned Scottish salmon, sourced from the Scottish Highlands, is a delicious source of easily digestible, high-quality protein, Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D and selenium.
  • Sweet potato is a highly digestible, high-quality source of slow-release energy, rich in antioxidants and also a good source of soluble fibre.
  • Marigold stimulates the production of white blood cells and strengthens the immune system. Cranberries are rich in vitamin C and help maintain urinary health. Chamomile is believed to help relieve stress.
  • Seaweed is a natural and valuable source of minerals, including iodine, which helps support thyroid function and regulate metabolism.

Transitioning to Canagan dog food

When feeding Canagan for the first time, we recommend that you transition gradually over the course of a week. On day one, mix 25% Canagan with 75% of the original dog food; on day three, use 50% of each dog food; on day five, use 75% Canagan; by day seven, the original dog food is completely replaced by Canagan.

Dry dog food

If your dog is overweight, reduce the feeding amount by 10%. If your dog is underweight, increase the feeding amount by 10%. Repeat this until your dog reaches its ideal weight.

Please ensure your dog has access to water at all times. Please store the dog food in a cool, dry place.
