Drontal® Plus Tasty Dewormer for Dogs (1 tablet)

Description

Product Efficacy

Treats the following gastrointestinal roundworm, tapeworm and other internal parasite infections in dogs:

• Roundworms (adults and immature larvae): canine roundworm (Toxocara canis), (Toxascaris leonina)
• Hookworms (adults): canine hookworm (Ancylostoma canium), (Uncinaria stenocephala)
• Whipworms (adults): canine whipworm (Trichuris vulpis)
• Tapeworms (adults and immature larvae):
  (Echinococcus granulosus), (Echinococcus multilocularis), (Dipylidium canium), (Taenia spp.)

Feeding guide:
Body weight 2kg to 5kg: use ½ tablet
Body weight 5kg to 10kg: use 1 tablet
Body weight 10kg to 15kg: use 1½ tablets
15kg to 20kg: use 2 tablets
**For every additional 5kg of body weight, add another ½ tablet

Over 6 months of age: administer once every 3 months
Under 6 months of age: it is recommended to consult a veterinarian first
(The suggested deworming schedule below is for reference only)

Precautions:

1. This medication is not suitable for dogs weighing less than 2 kg.
2. The safety studies of this medication in pregnant animals did not cover the early and middle stages of pregnancy (the first six weeks of pregnancy), so do not administer it to dogs in the early or middle stages of pregnancy.
3. For dogs in late pregnancy or during lactation, a single dose will not cause adverse reactions.
4. Do not use in animals known to be allergic to any of the main ingredients or excipients in this medication.
5. Wash your hands after administering this medication to the target animal.
6. If the owner or veterinarian accidentally ingests this medication, seek medical attention immediately and show the doctor the medication’s instruction leaflet for reference.
