Food Transition Tips
Switching your pet’s food abruptly may cause some adverse reactions, such as soft stools or vomiting. To avoid digestive upset, we recommend that when you switch your pet to PURE dry food, you do so gradually, mixing in a little of the old food at a time. It is best to transition to the new food over 7-10 days, starting with 75% old food mixed with 25% new food, and gradually reducing the old food while increasing the amount of PURE dry food each day, until it is fully replaced.
