Delivery terms:
Please pay attention to phone calls while confirming the delivery time. The delivery staff will call to confirm before proceeding to the delivery location.
Since each order can only offer one free delivery service, if you cannot contact the customer on the delivery day or if the item cannot be placed at the door or management office on the day of delivery and needs to be rescheduled at the last minute, an additional shipping fee will be charged! You can also leave an additional recipient’s phone number.
If you wish to specify a delivery time slot, we do not guarantee it will be arranged. You may choose to pay in advance and arrange for the lobby management to collect or leave the delivery at the door.
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, delivery services will be rescheduled. We will call/WhatsApp you to arrange delivery after the warning is lifted.
**If the delivery address requires a driver to use the stairs, an additional stair fee may be charged, usually $30 per floor. (Please notify customers when placing their order. Thank you!) )
